SEAL-KRETE® 2-Part High Performance Urethane is a premium two-component water based coating.

Designed for interior and exterior applications, it provides an excellent chemical resistant, high gloss finish in a low VOC formula. It is available in light gray, dark gray and a clear that can be applied directly to many surfaces without the need of a primer, i.e., metal, concrete, wood, aluminum and galvanized metal. Upon mixing Parts A & B the product is Isocyanate free. The material is NSF approved for use at USDA facilities of incidental food contact. SEAL-KRETE 2-Part High Performance Urethane meets the SCAQMD requirements of less than 50g/l (EPA Method 24) and is widely used by food & beverage and pharmaceutical facilities on walls, floors, equipment and clean rooms, as well as amusement parks, refineries, power industry, storage tank exteriors, pipelines, wastewater facilities, commercial buildings and as an anti-graffiti system.

For a more decorative appearance, apply decorative paint flakes to final coat of SEAL-KRETE 2-Part High Performance Urethane Light or Dark Gray Coatings. Apply the material in 4’ x 4’ sections so that the decorative paint chips can easily be broadcast over the final coat. Allow to dry 24 hours. Apply one coat of SEAL-KRETE 2-Part High Performance Urethane Clear to lock in the paint flakesand facilitate cleaning.
